Wow, I'm blown away, this is amazing. Does your book, her book, give a list of "eating your water" besides chia seeds and cucumbers? Hydration is also great for the stomach flora I've heard. So it helps with all kinds of stomach and digestion issues.

I'm not going to stress about getting hydration when I wake up in the morning due to my breathing while I was sleeping over night. Your coffee would have water in it.
