Bethesda Added 7 New Powerful Weapons to Fallout 4!

All these new weapons were added for FREE with the Fallout 4 next gen update. Console users have a bug where 3d models are not loading in, Bethesda will be releasing a patch for this soon, but I have no ETA for it.

Note about Nail Gun, standard muzzle will allow you to collect nails back helping to offset the rarity. But when you upgrade to Gauss it destroys the ammo....so toss up on preference

Yeah I noticed. But the standard muzzle tends to crash my game. Don't know if anyone else experiences this. So I'm forced to use the gauss muzzle. Unfortunate, but Bethesda never changes 🤷🏾‍♂️

I played on Survival Mode. First time while i was running back to Marvin (My first ever playthrough mind you) i suddenly heard a strange noise and then i just died. While wearing completly decked out T-60 Power Armor! Well, after replaying half an hour worth of gameplay, i reached the point again and this time i stayed vigilant. Turns out it wasn't necessary, because after sleeping in the Raider outpost for 7 Hours to save and be well rested, i returned and found good old Marvin dead on the fire escape on the Building next to Suggs. I guess the dude sniped me with his Pig Fat Man the first time, certainly would explain the strange noise i heard before dying and why i instantly died despite Power Armor.

the pipe grenade launcher with a suppressor and scope is amazing. the range is insane, enemies treat it like a landmine or grenade going off, it doesn't alert them to you because of the suppressor.

I suffer from the invisible weapons which effects the nail gun and the saw blade launcher and red exclamation shooting errors bigs at the moment. Ive heard news they are working on fixing that which gives me hope. I was so hyped to play after the update dropped and these new bugs really dampened my spirts.

If you kill Suggs he has a legendary Chinese grenade launcher called Flakker. It has a 20% chance to cripple a target’s limbs. The quest one is better and you keep the ability to buy ammo if you don’t kill him haha

The Minutemen can sometimes spawn with them. I saw group of them defending a military checkpoint and one of them had the Makeshift granade launcher as his default weapon

This is true! I have a character that is going through the game using just them. As long as Suggs isn't dead you will probably never run out of 40 mm. If he dies take levels in bashing! The ammo really does need crafting option.

If you kill Suggs instead of helping him he drops the unique grenade launcher "Flakker" but then you kinda lose the only vendor who sells the ammo currently... I have a feeling that when this 'was' a mod the creator probably had it so the weapon and ammo was simply added to the world files so npcs could have them meaning more potential ammo etc

With scrapper maxed out, you can actually pull out more Saw Blades than you killed your target with giving you more ammo than you used!!!

My one friend loves doing explosive builds in this game and she adores goofy weapons too. These two together are why her (and my own) minigun that fires missiles is her favorite weapon But seeing a piggybank that can be launched like a mininuke i knew shed love it. Was gonna tell her and she already was in the middle of using it XD she renamed the pipe grenade launcher Popgun and the bike bell on it made her fall in love with all these goofy things

I suggest you check out the quests alternate reward the "Flakker". Basically it shoots Nuka grenades that deal as much damage as a Fatman but even better since its magazine fed! Unfortunately in order to get it you have t kill Suggs (The quest giver) instead of helping him which then prevents you from accessing his shop

The saw blade launcher is basically an air gun, and the gauge just tells you how much psi you have left before you have to refill it with air but obviously you don’t have to refill it in game

You can also modify any fatman launcher to a piggy bank launcher, including the 'Big Boy', giving you a two shot piggy bank launcher.

I know the Creation Author of the Enclave Remnants updated his Creation to work with his bigger Mod “America Rising 2” so they work together seamlessly. I wonder if the Modder or another Modder will update the Makeshift Weapons to have more visual animations, like the gauge for the Sawblade Launcher working.

For the piggy bank fatman ammo, it seems impractical that they would be added to npc loot lists, since they were the ammo for an eccentric weaponsmith's passion project that he built specifically to kill his hated rival. It wouldn't make sense that he'd sell the same type of ammo that was going to be the signature of his assassination of Suggs.

Has anyone noticed that you can return multiple times to the Enclave bases and their ammo and weapons fill the boxes. I think about a week game time and they refill. Crazy. First time i thought I had just missed them, but i hadnt and went back around to all of them. Radio is still off and turret still smoking. p.s. the thugs you deal with in front of the new guys shop are refilled with ammo and whatever weapons they had. I still after several trips have a hard time finding the unmarked weapon seller.

You missed the 2nd legendary "Flakker" Suggs drops it if you kill him or pickpocket him. But it uses a ammo called NUKA wich at the moment I don't think you can buy or craft 😢

Sir you have forgotten the STRONGEST new weapon of all! The Flakker grenade launcher. Its the alternate weapon reward if you decide to kill Suggs instead of helping him. Its legendary effect is terrible for explosive weapons but thats not what matters, its the fact that it uses Nuka Grenades as ammunition! This thing deals very similar damage to a Fatman but its better because it has a magazine!

The pipe grenade launcher is freaking OP. I keep one with a lightweight receiver and 4 shot mag. Don't remember if I found it or crafted it. I used it recently on Ivey and Ahab during the Mechanic. 3 shots and done! Ivey didn't even get a shot off at me. 😂😂

The chinese grenade launcher rifle is also being used by the ghoul in the fallout tv series. It's the chinese answer to the power armor.

This does beg the question, will settlers equipped with Chinese grenade launchers with the ballistic shields gain immunity to explosions or will they still accidentally blow themselves up as per usual with explosive weapons or grenades? Might also be something to look into with Enclave napalmers/incinerators with shields added. Still probably would not equip them with these so they don't kill my settlement animals, but might be something fun to test out.

We need to wait for the f4se script extender to get updated which allot of mods relied on. Once that's updated we then need to wait for the other mods to get updated. After that we can see what still works in the mod list and update it. Its a long process and it relies on others in the community. Theirs also a chance bethesda will release a patch for the fallout next gen update which breaks things again =D

The chinese grenade launcher is massively overpowered. It's ammo is far cheaper and lighter then missiles and the weapon does more base damege, has a higher firerate, Better reload speed, holds more ammo in the mag and weighs less then the missile launcher. It made the missile launcher and every other explosive weapon in the game completely redundant and obsolete which i think is kinda a shame. They should nerf the damege. The damege could be cut in half and it would still be a very good weapon without Making 95% of other weapons useless. As it is right now it feels like cheating using this gun because of how OP it is. It rivals the gatling laser in viability which is the best gun in the game but unlike the gatling laser you can get the gun and maintain ammo for it within the first 30 minutes of the game.

7 weapons I need, huh? Well, it's certainly not these lol; but for real, my list would be: 1. The 10mm SMG (for real, I want this one terribly bad.) 2. The R91 (4 needs more rifles like Mars needs moms.) 3. The Chinese Assault Rifle (the brick & mortar exists as cut content - they just need someone to finish it.) 4. The Chinese Pistol (4 could always use more pistols.) 5. The All-American, or a rifle of similar design (because nothing says patriotism like a Colt Model 933 look-alike.) 6. The Service Rifle or Assault Carbine (again, 4 could use more rifles...) 7. The 9mm Pistol or 12.7mm Pistol (because why not?)

Not going to lie I did the When Pigs Fly quest at a super low level and the only reason I was able to complete it was due to the mutated dogs attacking them.. I just stood there and watched then killed the dogs off at the end lol
