I approached the bed, gently sat on it and I reached for her shoulder to pull her closer to me. She stirred and woke up. She asked what's up. @@zekelage3031 Its a Save Warp you load a save as you are entering a load zone and it gives you the character from the save at the location of the load zone. Also the horse tilt carries through saves that's why he keeps loading that save with the tilt.

@Nazreen Horizon Disclaimer I am not a skyrim speed-runner and cannot guarantee this is completely accurate. Okay lets start at the load warp when you enter a cave or other load zone in skyrim there is a small fade to black followed by a transition to that cave. the warp is preformed by entering or exiting a cave or similar load zone and opening the pause menu during the fade to black but before the loading screen starts. Then you exit to the main menu and load a save that you want to move to the the location of the cave. when you load back in the load to the cave immediately starts, teleporting your character (likely which is further along in the game) to the cave. they use this at the start of the run when we are in helgen, Its pretty easy to escape over the wall of helgen by jumping of alduins head but your hands are bound and you cant interact with anything. So you quicksave while on the walls and save in front of the cave then load the quick save get your hands untied and warp to the cave skipping the tutorial dungeon. Alright next we have the infinite sprint glitch. To preform this glitch you sprint then quicksave then quickly stop sprinting and quickload and by some magic you are now sprinting forever and can jump while sprinting witch is how they jump the bridge in the ratway. Okay now for horse tilting, first you make a 3rd person save in the direction you want to go then you take a horse and get up onto a ledge, then you slowly walk of the ledge and by some skyrim magic your horse tilts upside down and you start to fly off, the further you are from the horse the faster you will be going(going too fast can be unmanageable or crash the game, you genraly want about 2 to 3 meters) . now you load that 3rd person save and go flying, this is because the game dose not reset speed between saves. if you save on the horse before you tilt then you can load that save when ever you want to use the glitch.

The reason those speedrunner use Altmer race is because they are the tallest race and in skyrim the taller you are the faster you get. (I read it from somewhere long time ago, don't know that this theory is real or not but if it real it can answer why all speedrunner use Altmer race)

There's a bit of a misconception there about speedrunning. Speedrunning is basically finishing the game in as little time as possible with or without glitches depending on the category of the run. Glitchless runs can use things like bunnyhopping etc, but can't use glitches and exploits in any way. The explanation you gave was for an any % speed run with glitches.

Hey ESO, he was a high elf (instead of an orc which you could use beserker rage) because they’re the tallest - in Skyrim, the way the game works is that the taller you are, the faster you move, as you can see with the setscale command. Hence, high elves being the tallest, they’re also the quickest. The speed runner also would enter/exit places to get parts of quests to auto complete, as you could more obviously see with Odahviing, but also with Esbern and Delphine

How does loading a previous save hold the stuff that you did before???

He makes a quick save of the progress then loads the glitch save, performs the glitch and then do a quick load which will be still affected by the glitch, it seems to be a physics engine glitch which is not bound to the game progress/state itself so when said glitch triggers it doesn't care if it was this or that save, it just runs the engine code until it receives a stop instruction which seems to be missing from the Save/Load actions :v

In my opinion, I don't think this is anything to be proud of. You're just cheating the game. I don't think they should even be considered speedruns, a true speedrun should be finishing the game quickly WITHOUT cheating by using bugs and glitches because that's just taking the easy way out.
