I just made this soup for my family on this Rainy night in Brooklyn, they are not vegan, neither am I, I’m trying to transition but they can’t believe it’s so good without meat lol this is delicious!!!!!! ❤ only thing i did differently was I added a sweet potato and green banana as well and yum!!!!!

I just got of my lazy, you know what! I made the soup with your method. OMG! Wat a soup delicious! I normally boil out the pumpkin. I had no pumpkin, I used kabocha squash. It nice can't done, lol.

😂😂😂 I was born and raised in Jamaica, grew up on pumpkin soup every Saturday. I cooked it all the time when I wasn’t vegan. I think I should be very familiar with the taste 🤷🏽‍♀️
