One question that newer sellers often ask is "how much does it cost to launch?", but they don't really consider their marketing budget for the first 90 and 180 days. If the thought of spending at least $2,000 on your marketing/advertising in the first 90 days scares you or seems unreasonable then I wouldn't recommend jumping into a private label product. Amazon has changed so much over the years, and it isn't the field of dreams where "if you build it they will come" anymore. You have to invest in the marketing and Amazon PPC.
