n cast lite: not everybody drinking the ps5 Kool aid

PS5 and PS4 were bleh. Switch is the only game in town for 9th generation. Very Good Lineup for 2024 considering its the end of the console.

the only thing they had to do was make the storage bigger,like the computing power is cool and all,but for fucks sake if a person is buying a console that means that they don't want to waste mnoney pr don't have it,let's hope that the xbox series x mid gen upgrade will be better

As you have said, if you don't like it, don't buy it. Like the PS4 Pro, this is not for mass market and only for a small niche audience. And I think Sony sees this to be the case and sees the PS5/PS5 slim to be the base model anyways which explains the price of PS5 Pro because they shouldn't plan to sell the PS5 Pro to mass audiences and only for the small niche audience. I do agree that I don't think a mid gen refresh is really necessary per say. But as we see with the PS4 Pro, did it devalue on the purpose of next generation of consoles? I would say no. In fact, it may have done quite the opposite. I say if you are carrying the same energy with this, are you carrying with it for Switch especially in its relation to Wii U? It's ironic because in your previous videos a while ago, you have hinted the Switch's I say vulnerable identity in it being a Wii U lite/mid gen refresh in sheep's clothing including in what you predicted the Super Smash Bros game was going to be for Switch. And with what I say there, if I were you, I would be more concerned with whether Nintendo values next generation or not than any other negative implications of what the PS5 Pro would possibly do in the gaming industry because Switch is closest to what I would say in how the purpose of a next generation could be devalued. And that's all I'll leave at that and it's why I say Nintendo's next generation will be their most important. If Nintendo's next generation succeeds, it's not going to largely be on what Switch was a big representative of in its ports and lack of distinctness or originality, it's going to be because it shows that it's needed and must have in games that is only possible for the system and not on Switch while having the success of Nintendo's marketing of their games to their audiences that Switch era had. I made my decision in not supporting Switch due to what I say to be its vulnerable identity and the lack of Nintendo's first party involvement with it throughout its lifespan and you made your decision. And I also won't be supporting PS5 Pro for a similar reason as I didn't for PS4 Pro. And that's all I'll leave at that.
