Excellent Can you please advise difference between NADISHODHAN PRANAYAMA AND ANULOM VILOM PRANAYAMA AT WHAT TIME PRANAYAMA SHOULD BE DONE PRANAYAMA FIRST OR YOGA FIRST ?

In Anulom vilom, there is no holding of breath, but in nadi shodhan there is holding of breath, Pranayama should be done in the morning and in the evening if not possible in the morning. Go for asanas practice first then pranayama
