The mixed-raced girl dancing is called Alesha Dixon she is an MC from the UK she started off in an all-female UK Garage Music group called Mis-teeq, and she's been a judge on Britain's Got Talent and has been doing it for years now, I think she also went solo after UK Garage Music faded out and eventually became GRIME.

My high school band played "She Wants to Move" for homecoming. Everyone was dancing- even the old teachers and parents. It was funny but the band was shocked seeing everyone dance 😅
