i like a lot this university, they have good programs and the relationships with foreign people its great! .... but i really don´t know about (IT/computer science).

When i studied there, i called to the foreign office and asked everything about the education and if they can send me the information to my mail, they did it. But i remember the cost for the entire year that they put on the web page was the price they told me.The web page was correct. (of course four years ago now)
