Thanks first nead wheat flour with yeast mixture &warm water then leave for 3&half hour until double in size after that steer with ice water then hot water leave for 30 hours more i hope u understand me😗😗

@@misrakbeyene9993 I want to know why she added ice water and then hot water unless she meant cold water and then hot water so she doesn't kill the yeast and may be the hot water makes the injera not crumble and become more spongy .
