Saline nasal sprays can be used to decongest the nasal cavities, moisten the inside of nose, and it helps in clearing the secretions also. It can be used for long time Whereas Duonase is a nasal spray that has steroids in it.....it is very useful in allergy patients. It should not be used regularly for more than 2 months.

Allergy specialists se milein......wo aapka allergy ke saare tests karaenge......aur reports ke adhaar par.....aap ya toh antiallergy dawaiyan aur sprays use kar sakte hain......yaa aap Allergen immunotherapy ke baare me allergy specialist se discuss karein. Agar aapko theek lagta hai toh Alllergen immunotherapy ke baare me aap soch sakte hain ......ye abhi tak ka Allergy ke liye sabse advanced treatment hai.

U shud first get allergy tests done like AEC, serum IgE.....After the reports a decision will be made if only nasal sprays will be prescribed or you need oral antiallergics also.

Before starting any medication you should first get a CT scan of the sinuses done. Just Nasal sprays won't help

XYLOMETAZOLINE aur OXYMETAZOLINE nasal sprays ko 3 se 5 din se zyada Bina doctor ki supervision ke nahi use karna chahiye......ye dono wo sprays hain jinki mareez ko addiction ho jaati hai aur in sprays ko maare Bina mareez ko lagta hai ki uski naak khul nahi sakti.....ye sprays lambe samay ke liye khud se use nahi karne chahiye. Is ke alawa Saline nasal sprays, fluicasone nasal sprays, mometasone nasal sprays un sprays me se hain jo upar bataye hue sprays se kahin zyada safe hote hain.

Hello sir....for allergy u can take the allergy test like AEC,and IgE. Depending on the test report, u will be prescribed antiallergy tablet and nasal sprays. I request you to please understand that I can not prescribe any medicine name on any social media platform. Hi Doctor.. I have used the 3rd category sprays fluticasone and mometasone when i get the allergic attacks continuous sneezing and noes block.. doesnt make much difference.. Could you please advice..if I have to change the medicine..? or get a surgery done? or take immunotherapy vaccines? Do you have online consultation?

The Spray that u took is good and effective .....sometimes it needs to be taken in combination with oral antiallergics daily for 1-2 months to get a desired effect. If you are allergic, the nasal surgery doesn't help much. If you have gross DNS and Sinusitis then surgery will definitely help. And in case if you have tried everything and nothing seems to work to control your allergy then YES u can go for Immunotherapy

Yes it cud be a sinus problem. To confirm it ucan get a CT scan of Paranasal sinuses done. If sinusitis is there, it will be see on CT scan. In case sinuses are clear and there is no sinusitis, u can then consult a Neurologist for this sharp pain in skull

Nasal polyps ke liye steroids chalaye jaate hain....agar bohot hi minimal polyps hain toh araam aa jaaega. Lekin agar moderate to extensive polyps hain toh pehle steroids diya jaaega fir surgery ki jaaegi.

Get the investigations of the child done to see that what he is allergic to. Once you know what he is allergic to, try to avoid those things. Along with this life style modification if you take antiallergy medicines, the results should be satisfactory.

There is no occipital sinus in the body sir. Kisi bhi tarah ke sinus infection ke ilaaj ek liye CT scan aur naak ki endoscopy karna theek rehta hai....kyunki is se Mareez ki bimari ka sahi se vishleshan ho pata hai. Mera suggestion hai ki ENT specialist ko dikha kar ye do jaanchein karwaein .....isme aapki bimari ka sahi se pata lag jaaega.....aur aapka sinus infection simple dawaiyon se theek ho jàega ya surgery ki zarurat padegi .....iska idea bhi kaafi hadd tak CT scan aur naak ki endoscopy me pata chal jaaega.

Sir mere sath yahi hua ... Mujhe bas kaan m wax jama hua tha ek ENT docter ko dikhane gaya to usne .. oxymetazoline nasal spray 10 din tak 4 baar dalne ko bola... Maine wo kiya uske baad meri naak block hone lagi ... Fir maine genral docter se milke fir se wo le aaya aur use fir se roj 1.5 month use kiya... Uske baad mere kaan bhi band hone lage fir m dusre ENT doctor k pass gya to unne to pehle kaha ki ocymetazoline jyada use nahi karte h.. fir bhi unne mujhe bahi likh diya bapas se aur roj 4 baar din tak dalwaya... M bahut pareshan ho chuka tha jabse ye spray dalne laga naak bahut jyada band hone lagi ... Aur fir maine khudse man banaya ki ab ye nahi dalna h ... Maine 2 din nhi dala to m so hi nhi paya congestion k karan raat bhar😢 aur ab use nhi daal rha ... To roj meri naak band rehti h bahut mushkil m ji rha hu abhi abhi steroid nasal spray use karna start kiya... In sabke sath sath antibiotic aur montelukast,levocitrizine hydrochloride bhi bahut khai ... Ab ek NEW ( MERA TISRA ENT DOCTOR 😢) ne bola aapko operation karana padega ... But m operation nhi karwa rha and again m 4th new ent doctor k pass gya to unne mujhe steroid (methylprednisolone 16 mg) 2 time khane ko bola 3 din se kha rha abhi bhi congestion h kya karu SIR ..😭😭 PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP ME🙏REPLY JARUR DENA SIR

OXYMETAZOLINE nasal spray bilkul bhi use mat kijiye. Methylprednisolone theek hai......ye dawai bhi doctor ki supervision me khaaeiga. Steroid nasal spray bhi bilkul theek diya hai apko. Aapne apni willpower strong rkhni hai.....aur ye jo naak ko addiction ho gyi hai OXYMETAZOLINE spray ki wo samay ke saatha saath ek dedh mahine me bohot theek ho jaaegi. Ur videos r highly beneficial. Whether allergy causes chronic tonsilitis & pharyngitis along with halitosis? How can I get rid of halitosis, where I have no teeth problem, but I can't take even normal water as it causes throat pain & halitosis increase when I take normal temperature of water even, but warm water taking lessen the halitosis problem to some extent. Most of the doctors express that halitosis is due to allergy. Halitosis donot lessen even after gargle & taking anti-histamine. What should I do?

Allergy may cause some Sinusitis,,,,,and Sinusitis can result in post nasal drip. Post nasal drip can cause pharyngitis and which can further result in halitosis. But I would still suggest that going the above mentioned longer road,......the most common cause for halitosis is teeth, gums, tongue, and tonsil. Use a good tooth paste as per the dentist recommendation and brush your teeth as well as tongue with it. Use a dentist recommended good mouth wash and gargle. Do not just rinse your mouth after meals.......do a proper gargling with mouth rinsing after very big or small meal till halitosis decreases. Use a nasal spray for your nasal allergy as it will decrease the post nasal drip. In case nothing is working .....you will need a good dentist opinion.

Bleeding ka kaaran dhoondne ke liye ek baar ENT specialist ke paas Jaa kar bachche ki naak ki endoscopy karwa lijiye......usme clear ho jaaega ki bleeding kyu ho rahi hai
