നാലുമണി പലഹാരം ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ് മസാല ബോണ്ട ഉണ്ടാക്കിയാലോ | Kerala Style Snak Recipe Potato Bonda

Ingredient
Potato - 1KG (boiled and smashed)
Onion - 4 (chopped)
Green chili - 2
Ginger - 1 Medium (finely chopped)
Curry Leaf - 3 to 4 sprig (chopped)
Besan flour - 400 gram
Rice flour - 100 gram
Chili Powder - 1 ½ Tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ Tsp
Coconut oil - 1 Kg
Salt for taste
Dough Preparation
Knead besan flour, rice flour, ½ tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder and salt with adequate
water to make the dough (make sure it is not too loose)
Method
Firstly, in a pan heat coconut oil, add mustard, chopped onion, green chili, ginger, curry leaf,
1 tsp chili powder, ¼ turmeric powder and sauté it well, also add salt for taste.
Then add the smashed potatoes to above and blend it well.
Keep it aside till it’s cool and then make balls out of it using hands
Ones the balls are prepared dip it in the dough and fry them in the coconut oil
Serve it hot

പച്ചമുളക് - 2
ഇഞ്ചി - 1
കറിവേപ്പില - 3 , 4 തണ്ട്
കടലമാവ് - 400 ഗ്രാം
അരിപൊടി - 100 ഗ്രാം
മുളക്പൊടി - 1 1 / 2 tsp
മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി - 1 / 2 tsp
എണ്ണ
ഉപ്പ്
തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന വിധം
ഒരു പാത്രത്തിൽ കടലമാവ് , അരിപൊടി , മുളക്പൊടി , മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി , ഉപ്പ് എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത കുറച്ച വെള്ളം ചേർത്ത കുഴച്ച എടുക്കുക
ആദ്യം ഒരു ചട്ടിയിയിൽ എണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച അതിലേക്ക് കടുക് ഇടുക
ഇനി അതിലേക്ക് അരിഞ്ഞ വെച്ച സവാള , പച്ചമുളക് , ഇഞ്ചി , കറിവേപ്പില എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത വഴറ്റുക
നന്നായി വഴണ്ട് കഴിയുമ്പോൾ അതിലേക്ക് മുളക്‌പൊടി , മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി , ഉപ്പ് എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത നന്നായി ഇളക്കുക
ഇനി അതിലേക്ക് ഉടച്ച വെച്ച ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങും കുടി ചേർത്ത നന്നായി ഇളകി എടുത്ത് അടുപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറക്കി വെയ്ക്കുക
മസാല നന്നായി തണുത്ത കഴിയുമ്പോൾ കൈ കൊണ്ട് ഉരുട്ടി ആദ്യം കുഴച്ച വെച്ച മാവിൽ മുക്കി എടുക്കുക
ഇനി ഒരു ചട്ടിയിൽ എണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച അത് ചൂടാകുമ്പോൾ അതിലേക്ക് മുക്കി വെച്ച ബോണ്ട ഇട്ട് വറുത്ത കോരുക
അങ്ങനെ തന്ന ബാക്കി ഉള്ള എല്ലാം എണ്ണയിൽ ഇട്ട് വറുത്ത കോരുക
