Thank you for leaving behind all these footages of the dying villages, since I do not think these places will survive next decade. But gosh, I just wish you were there in this place before 80's, since recently I had read essay of the writer who were grieving over the changes in landscape he was brought up (he were born before WW2), complaining over how ugly it had become with all of the concrete infrustructures our country had put on.Though things changes over time, there are surely one moment worth remembering it, thank you Anna. I love your work so much.
A peaceful scenery made more beautiful by Japanese craftsmanship and cleanliness, which was shown through Anna's elegant cinematography.

Thank you for always watching my video. I am happy that you would say such a thing. I would like to introduce you to Ouchi-juku in Fukushima in the near future. It is said that people eat soba with thick green onions instead of chopsticks😊
As always, another wonderful video from Anna, a beautiful mix of colours between the greens and yellows of nature and the many shades of brown and grey with the buildings. nothing represents the endless beauty and mystic of Japan than Anna's gentle videos. Japan's borders are still closed to individual tourism, but thanks to these wonderful videos, they are forever opened to us.

Another lovely video of another lovely place. This is also a window into a way of life that is rapidly receding into the rear-view mirror of history. There are peeks into what life was like before electricity and industrial agriculture. Sometimes I can almost mentally subtract the wires and poles, the cars and asphalt, and see what the village was like during that time. Beautiful village lovingly recorded. I especially like the shrine at the conclusion. Thank you, Anna.

Hi , how to say that , i am clearly repeating myself but a wonderful video and a wonderful place . The farm house was superb , but i understand easily why those traditionnal houses were so cold in winter time , with all the tools at the entry and those magnificent wood floor . It's quite different that those we saw before in fact . You've really found a magical place , in the mountains , isolated but so beautiful ... Once again thank you for the ride . Yes thank you . Have a great day . Peace from France ; )
