🇲🇾马来西亚的家常菜:南乳炸肉,外酥里嫩,做法超级简单‼️💯😉
材料:五花肉 300克,南乳1块,南乳汁1勺,1勺蚝油,1勺绍兴酒,1勺五香粉,1勺白糖,1勺胡椒粉,4勺粘米粉,4勺木薯粉
做法:
1)五花肉洗干净,切厚条
2)将其余材料在碗中混合均匀,放入五花肉搅拌匀,腌制半小时或隔夜。
3)把4勺粘米粉,4勺木薯粉混合
4)把已腌制好的五花肉沾上参好的粉,拍拍下让多余的粉掉出来,拿去炸
4)锅中烧热油,放入已腌制好的五花肉,大火炸10-15分鐘,兩面都金黃色後即可取出❤️

practice:

3) Mix 4 spoons of sticky rice flour and 4 spoons of tapioca flour
4) Dip the marinated pork belly with ginseng powder, pat it to let the excess powder fall out, and fry it
