विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन के आंकड़े बताते हैं कि दुनिया के 40 फीसदी लोग नींद से जुड़ी किसी न किसी समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं. लंबे समय तक पूरी नींद न मिले, तो इसका आपकी सेहत और दिनचर्या पर बहुत बुरा अससर पड़ सकता है. पर रोजमर्रा के जीवन में कुछ छोटे-छोटे बदलाव आपके बड़े काम आ सकते हैं.
The World Health Organization says 40% of the world's population have problems sleeping. A lack of sleep long-term can have a huge impact on your health and quality of life. Simple changes in everyday behavior can often help address the problem.

*तनाव ही सबसे बड़ी वजह है नींद न आने की। सबसे बेहतर है अपनी क्षमताओं को पहचाने, की आप कितना कर सकते है। बेवजह लोगो से आगे निकलने की प्रतिस्पर्धा में न पड़े। जीवन देखते देखते ही निकल जाता है। जितना है उतने में संतुष्ट रहे। कर्ज न ले और बेवजह के दिखावे में पैसा बर्बाद न करे। विलासिता से दूर रहे और अपनी तरह सोच रखने वाले इंसान से शादी करे। फिर बताएगा कि नींद आरही है या नही। 🙏*

मुझे पहले तो नींद रात मे 2-3 बजे तक नींद आती ही नहीं थी या रात भर नींद नहीं आती । इसके लिए मैंने रात में 9 बजे के बाद मोबाईल से दूरी बना लिया एवं सुबह में प्राणायाम शुरू किया । 1 माह के बाद सब ठीक होने लगा । अब ठीक हूं।

Solution: keep froth of toothpaste in your mouth covering entire tongue for at least 5 minutes without moving toothbrush and mouth closed and skip dinner

Mujhe tou ye hi nahi pata k nind kya cheez hote hain 😢😢 I can never take sleep. My mind is always being run. I feel always a headache and overthinking 😞. I never take any type of Alcohol. I don't use my phone in night as any social media platform.
