In 2017 when my father passed away i was faced this issue. I was visited minimum 10 hospitals to check heart and gastric related problems. Since then it took 3 years for me to recognise that this is relate to brain. Consulted one psychologist and he was given medicine to come down my brain. Since 2020 i am using medicine. Now it was reduced 40% .Still long way to recover. Only medicine for this is positivity,meditation .Useful info. Now a days society needs more psychologists.

Hi Gowthami Garu , same symptoms for me also from last 15 days ,when my husband got severe covid positive ,he is safe and returned home . My father in law is bedridden due to high sugar he was paralyzed .now he is recovering . Both happened in same week from then I observed lite shaking in my heart . Yes andi.....actually naku ee symptoms almost 2 years nunchi undi....but ecg or other tests kuda nenu cheskoledu.... Cheskokapote emavtundho emo ani adhoka bhayam kuda develop ayindi.... But we pandemic valla konni good habits ochai Gowthami naku.....mrng 1 hr yoga, meditation, breathing exercises. Tarvata normal routine work at home. i faced this last year june ....same symptoms...along with giddiness....i started ayurveda medication....now i dont get at all ...im normal now...i also started meditation along with medication.....use ayurveda or homeo....allopathy has side effects...start with isha kriya, nadi shudhi, nada yoga and shambavi mudra in isha sadhguru app....twice daily....i stopped meditation for 3 months as i was out of station...though i was using medication...i could hear heart beat started with very low intensity....again i started doing it daily..

Gowthami garu same naku ilane untadi ipude potanemo anipistadi 2 hours lo set avtadi, no other health prblms for me. But max I controlled rearly happening now when I get tensed . Nenu anukune dani naku okate ila untada ani.Really good video and useful one. Take care and spend time with kids.
