Master rev matching & heel-toe and you'd be surprised how smooth downshifts can be.

kmamercy I figured the seat adjustment is crucial, some cars you just can’t reach the pedals comfortably no matter what. And turbocharged cars seem to be a bit harder than natural aspirated cars.

kmamercy Exactly! I did it but we do not hear much. It's quite difficult when the pedals are not aligned. On these cars, like the R32 and RS4 the gas pedal from the top and not the floor. it is necessary to twist the ankle to brake and put a blow of gas at the same time ^^

Florian Flu-rider yeah, I have a Golf V GTI with hard leather seat(I hate it), and I have been adjusting the seat since the day I bought it for over a year and a half every single day, and I am not kidding, I have already changed a seat adjustment button because the previous one had already failed, and just now, I was still fiddling with it, adjusting seat every once in a few minutes has become part of my driving, and it makes me want to sell the car sometimes but it is an awesome chunk of steel.
