I have been listening to Vijay sir since I was 16. I am now 36. It gets better and better over the years. He is even more daring then ever before yet still so controlled. It’s like he has become fearless for the better and takes chances. Awesome. What care in this music. What penance this man has gone through to sing with this type of polish. Amazing. All three artists at the height of their games. This is fantastic clean Carnatic music.

This is very sincerely delivered and practiced Carnatic music. I’m touched by Vijay’s immersion, clarity of music thought, and vowel selection. So much care and love in this music. Varadu on violin is spectacular as always. NCB on mridangam is gorgeous and energetic as always. This is Carnatic music at its best. I feel like Vijay is a combination of DKJ MSS and KVN (listen to the Sankarabharanam) IMHO. So thankful to hear this on the other side of this planet. Thank you technology.

While liistening this vidvaan's concert I feel as if I am in my poojaa room and performing one of the shoshadopachaara pooja , "geetam sraavayaami" . In his concert bhakti is equally present with sangeetam. any keertana he sings it contains bhakti with raagaalaapana. we like to hear number of times without any boredom unlike others.

What a concert - full of sastriya and sampradaya. He can traverse all the available octaves effortlessly and render the kritis with full bhava and more importantly bhakthi. Unassuming and down-to -earth, I don' t think he even thinks for a moment that he is the performer. This is the quality of a true devotee who performs for the pleasure of his Creator. Even his disciples exhibit the same quality. If he is not bestowed with Sangeetha Kalanidhi, the award itself is doing no honour to itself !!

I request all the musicians to include Ramadas keertanas of Bhadrachalam in Telangana State in their concerts. Ramadas alias Gopanna was a famous bhakta of Lord Sri rAm. His life history is a very great one. Lord Sri Ram himself with his Brother Lakshman had come to repay the money spent by Ramadas to build temple for Lord Sri Ram with the government money for which he was jailed wherein RAmadas had sung keertanas on Lord Sri Ram , sita which have become very popular .
