This is really very good information I was 3year back I bought a TDS meter and started checking often for understanding it.i found that I was drinking water around 30ppm TDS so that I was always tired later I decided to drink boiled and cooled tap water then I found better results so my suggestion is that try to avoid filter water which is filtering the salts less than 50ppm(according to WHO recommendation)
