The Pakistani pilot who made the decision to leave without ATC is in my humble opinion a man of great character. He not only made the decision to save the lives of his crew but also the lives of the passengers. It is very seldom in this day and age that you encounter these type of people. In the video he explained that he would rather take the violation against him than remain in Kabul and possibly be detained or even worse be killed by the Taliban. He made his decision, he executed his plan and delivered everyone to safety.

Trump actually made great deals with Afghanistan, but then Biden comes in and decides to pull all the troops out at once, and is leaving the American citizens behind, forcing them to fend for themselves. Biden is trying to forget about his own Americans. If Biden was for the American people, then why is he leaving these Americans trapped? Don't act like Republicans would have been worse.

Giving a warm salute to the PIA captain for the brave decision that he taken at the worst situation. You will be forever in the hearts of all passengers boarded. " if they didn't give ATC clearance, we will take off without clearance " simply goosebumps ♥️ Applause to the first officer and the entire crew 🙏

A lot of respect and I mean a whole lot of respect for the PIA pilot, it's easy to seat behind your keyboard and assume anything, on the flip side of course it's a whole different experience, the man his co pilot and the crew are heroes in my opinion

Interviews needs to be played on the news!! Also these airlines are the unseen heroes that nobody talks about. It’s all about the military and what they’re doing but nobody is talking about these civilian pilots (most pilots with big US companies are former AF) taking the mission to fly over there and do this.

In my opinion Western press coverage on the crisis is abysmal. But this program is superb...

Most pilots from Middle Eastern airlines are former military pilots for the airline's countries of origin also.
