I've heard of going down to the local bar to get lubricated, but not with WD40 ! However, with no track YET to the turntable, you could always put numbers around the outside of it and go into the casino business. LOL. But really. A good job of freeing the rollers on the turntable. It spins lovelly and freely now. Regards, Paul, in Cornwall.

If you put in a concrete ring you could use rubber casters. I wonder if a ring of pavers would work instead of cast concrete.

What about trying regularly maintenance?
@VelociraptorsOfSkyrimАй бұрын
He does regularly maintain the railroad. He doesn't use the turntable at the moment, so it doesn't get the same Level of maintenance as the rest. If you haven't noticed, he doesn't have tracks leading to the turntable.

That is so, so, not a 'round' circle... but since the rollers are so long, they are very forgiving. The video shows just where the 'out' of round... radius is not consistent. LOL But the real question is... where is track leading to the turn table?

If you paint or spray used motor oil on all your wood it'll last basically forever as long as you keep applying it every few years. Think about all the railroad track sleepers that,constantly get oil dripped on them. I do it to my wooden deck on my trailer. It's hydrophobic and won't allow water to penetrative.

a couple taps of a hammer on the rollers and channel locks would've freed up the rollers. without worrying about injuring yourselves. blind leading the blind I see.
