Uchihas are just fond of birds might as well be their animal motif because Madara's hobbies are falconry, itachi has crows and sasuke has hawks and sasuke has that ducktail hairstyle heck, even Chidori means ''Thousand Birds'' Guy has Peacocks, Tigers, Elephant and Dragon(Bruce Lee) as his theme. P.S Kakashi has dogs/wolves as his motif, and dogs are known to be very loyal. Wolves are solitary creatures, Kakashi was a lone wolf, which fits his Father's white fang status.
