Correct me if I'm wrong, but you didn't have to reinstall either of those black clips (charge pipe to intercooler clips) due to the new intercooler correct? I am installing a new intercooler and charge pipe this weekend and want to make sure after I take them off, I can throw both of them out. Thanks!

There are downpipes, intercoolers, turbos, tunes.. i mean everything is available for the diesels too

Trade that diesel in... the difference between the diesel and the gasoline engine N20... is like a Ford focus 1.6 and a focus ST... Tremendous difference.

question, I have a 2013 BMW 528i with an N20 2.OT engine. I am told it as an F10. When searching online to buy the intercooler everything that shows up is for the 1, 2, or 3 series when I search n20 or F10 and claims wont fit on my 5 series. but when I search for 528 intercooler it says it wont fit. As long as I have the n20 engine can I buy the one that says its for the 3 series?

Garage Nineteen you can, but if your installing these parts your most likey doing it to tune it to get High horsepower

Should you have a tune installed before adding this mod or for that fact any mod? First time BMW owner and doing research on boosting up power to get better resale value after loan term.

After...... without a downpipe. Intercooler, and chargepipe at minimum... minimum. Any stage 2 agg, will destroy your engine in a matter of weeks. You can stage one tune your car, but I wouldn't bother.. All or nothing I say

Lower temperature = longer life on the parts affected by high temps created by turbo.

javy0820 I know this comment is a bit late but better late than never. Oil is normal in your charge pipe, it’s referred to as “blow by” to prevent blow by in your charge pipe, intercooler, and intake you can use an oil catch can.
