Why You NEED an INTERCOOLER! // CSF INSTALL [F87/F22/F30/32] - N55 & N20

Intercooler time! Today, we’re installing a CSF front mount intercooler on my BMW 335i (F30). The installation of this bigger, badder intercooler was prompted by Bootmod3! In case you aren’t familiar, Bootmod3 is a tuning software license that allows you to vastly increase performance and fine tune aspects of your car. Overall, this wasn’t too difficult. Remove the belly pan and then it’s just two fasteners securing the intercooler! Tuning videos to come-- soon.

When swapping out to the aftermarket intercooler, is it a good opportunity to also give a flush to the coolant? Or is this notion negligible?

Did you ever find a fix ? Had mine improperly mounted for 20k miles. finally blew off completely from the IC to the chargepipe :/

well I thought it was a F80 M3... Seriously, I appreciate all mods and all intro, which I gave a thumb up for this video, and I think this video is one of the best intro among all CSF intercooler installation guides. However, faking a 335 into a M3 is pretty ricer..
