I just bought a 10' xi 6spd. W muffler delete and downpipe. I do find it too raspy. That sounds awesome and probably gonna do the same quad but with Borla resonators. Nice 👌 sound!

Nice vid ehoon. I am so glad I didn’t order the straight across m5 exhuast as it seems with the 535 and 550i the gas tank is in the way and I need the x pipe coming out the quad exit

It does sound nice and not too loud but of course it’s hard to tell without being there. For us in other areas where we might get harassed by cops with any “louder than stock” exhaust, do you believe it’s noticeably louder even if you are babying the throttle?

I think this is the perfect anti-ticket exhaust. It’s quite enough to not draw any attention while cruising, but still sounds decent when you get on it!

The headlights are OEM LCI lights! I just upgraded the halo bulbs to 8k LEDs.

Damn where you get your diffuser I got a quad tip carbon one and it seems like there’s a little bit of gaps in the edges, did yours come with tabs to bend? Also would this setup work for the 535i?

I got mine on eBay! Yes it had the little tabs as well. I trimmed mine a little to make it fit snug with the bumper. Also it helps to install the diffuser with the bumper removed, so they can flex together.

Basic maintenance is always good! Fluids, like oil, coolant, trans fluid, diff fluid etc. will extend the life of your car. Spark plugs, and coil packs are good too. Anything leaking should get fixed first! But there are a ton of maintenance videos out there

Full Bolt Ons (downpipes, chargepipe, intercooler) on E85 mix, new OEM turbos maxed out at 21psi. Now I’m on upgraded turbos and fueling, making over 600

Downpipes and intakes create the most turbo noise. The exhaust adds to the noise, but doesn’t make the turbos louder.

You could do a couple of things; Dual Cone Intakes are about $100,and an MHD super license to tune it is around $350. Or you could just do catless downpipes for about $500. What I did was get an MHD super license ( $360 ) and DCI ($100) for now
