I think your prediction doesn't take into account Benny's personality. I do not think he would trust someone enough to give the platinum chip up. I think eventually he would end up with the Khans at fortification hill and that Caesar would see straight through him, capturing him. Caesar would then destroy the army waiting beneath for Mr House. I think the rest of Mr House's contingency plan would work out in the end but would leave New Vegas in a weaker state than if he had won with the couriers help. Kimball would die, despite House's efforts to the contrary, the NCR and legion would face heavy losses and nobody would have total control over the wastes around NV. The fallout from the legion and eventually losing Caesar to illness, leaving them leaderless would have several strong militarised groups splitting up and causing more destruction to the wasteland as each splinter group tried to go a different way. New Vegas itself would still be a beacon of safety but less so without the support of additional robots to defend New Vegas and without their upgrades. Smaller towns would either disappear or have to migrate to New Vegas for better protection, the NCR farms wouldn't be able to cope with the sudden influx of people, especially with a lot of their farmland being irradiated through the water they use. The only partially safe towns would be Jacob's town and the Boomers at Nellis, the first of which would eventually see the Nightkin either leave due to a cure not being developed, or leave with the stealth boys mkII into the rest of Vegas, further driving people towards New Vegas and out of the smaller towns. Eventually, hatred towards mutants might mean the destruction of Jacobs town and everything they tried to accomplish there. The latter would probably only see the Boomers withdraw further into their own land and be just as untrustful towards outsiders and unable to rain fiery ordinance down upon their enemies.

@samueljiang394 if you go to the great Kahn's settlement right away long before doing boulder city they still all say "fkc benny he'll pay for stabbing us in the back" probably just an oversight in the generic npc dialogue but still, confirms they all know

Even if they would still be stuck in Boulder City, picture it from Papa Khan's point of view: Benny comes to them and asks for a couple of guys to help. A week or two later (or maybe longer), he comes back again looking for more guys. Question one is going to be, "what happened to the two guys who left with you already?"

Caesar's Legion wins in pretty much every other encounter between them and the NCR so there's no reason to assume they wouldn't win the 2nd Battle of Hoover Dam as well. Even many NPCs in the game tell you that killing Caesar wouldn't immediately kill his Legion

I also just remembered that, without Courier intervention, the Omertas bomb the Strip and launch an assault on it, even blowing up the NCR Embassy. So it's safe to say the Securitrons would be a bit busy

You got that fact wrong if the courier wasn't around to stop benny Caesar would have stopped him as he got caught at the bunker by one of Caesar's soldiers at the camp which is what happens if Benny otwits the courier at the tops

I'd say the ending doesn't exist in game. Simple as that. Without the courier Benny would still be caught by Caesars legion but they might've eventually sent some guy down or a group to clear it out & likely blew up the things which would remove Mr House's power. Caesar is doomed to die so its likely the NCR would win by its own but Mr House keeps Vegas independent & the way it is before the game basically continues with the only change the Legion is destroying itself. I'd guess that Primm falls apart & Goodsprings is destroyed by Powder Gangers as the lack of the third party prevents its end. The Great Khans die due to being in the legion & all that. The Kings would be hard to guess as without us they'd not change their fate by helping the NCR & its likely they'd be liked by Mr House then but maybe the NCR would beat them up. Basically everyone suffers without the Courier being alive.

Ya Someone did avideo on the results of each ending. (Like how control between the factions ended up) And comparing those to what you set up. If you do a perfect yes man. Which is just muster house without the house. Your control is abysmally weak and didn't go past the gate. Even getting a perfectly peaceful ending still leaves you with only the strip and mabey freeside. Mister House abilities are very under estimated on how good he is at maintaining a society and profitable plans... So ya, even if benny managed to activate the extra security some how... You aren't wrong on boom just ending up losing control of everything... Benny isn't as smart as he thinks he is and his vision is too short term to realize how much he's actually screwing things up

IMO I don't think benny has a chance of getting the securitron army under the legion. Even with the Khans, he's just screwed. He probably is stuck in indecision until the battle of hoover dam, and what happens after that depends who wins there of course.

Honestly, it takes a pretty strong effort on the part of the courier to get everything back into working order The NCR has men but there is a lot of internal strife and problems keeping them from their full potential House is too dependent on others and has too much going on underneath him that he's not in control of and the gangs of the strip don't amount to much The brotherhood would be useful in this situation but you have to bend over backwards to get them to even consider wanting to help

As far as frontlines between the NCR and The Legion, I think it would go from Freeside being the urban front, all the way down to Helios, with the gate of the Long 15 being under heavy pressure with a long range battle taking place from Nipton. Of course, all things considered, I think the Legion without the Wild Card would have the upper hand by default with the caveat that The Legion is doomed for internal collapse after Caesars inevitable death.
