In a comedic environment calling someone fat would not be wrong. In a serious environment calling out their physical features is wrong. It is common sense! Why do think 1st world countries are so infatuated with themselves and fatter than other countries? Because they have become overly sensitive to even jokes and pointing out facts. If some are fat they are fat. Yes! Making fun of someone who is fat will shame the person into living a healthy life and push them to lose weight. You can clearly see comedians doing this. But that does not mean that they intentionally want to hurt someone's feelings. Most of the time shaming works in favor.
