I think it has to do with Naafiri's vessels. At first she thought the dune wolves were dirty and hated them and then she realized how efficient being a pack was. That's what she wants all darkin to be like now and why she now loves being the dune wolves.

I'm kinda sad that the special interactions between champions are getting smaller and smaller. Usually there are more lines like when Naafiri kills a specific champion or when a specific champion taunts.

I will agree with you. But I strongly believe, that every interaction Riot writers do somehow has to make sense in the larger scheme of things. Look... Some champions have so many interaction, because it makes much sense for their character to have both knowledge and interest in many champs. Tahm Kench, who bargains a lot for example. Naafiri on the other hand has no political interest beyond her pack, no friends, no nation... She is simply tied loosly to many champs, but not even personally.

@@xXEGPXx Its exeptional that Roit even makes SUCH a BIG effort to make really on point atmospheric voices, stories and lore considering, that the WAST magority of people dont give a damn about WHAT they are actually saying and what impact it has. I would bet that at least 50% of the playerbase base has poor to very mundane or outdated knowledge of the lore and connections, which in my opinion is totaly fine. Makes it simply all the more crazy hwo much effort designers put in champions.

I think riot missed an opportunity with Naafiri not having an interaction with Nidalee, specially with her upgrade in LoRT. Nidalee is the pack mother and Naafiri is an entire pack by herself. Even if not canon as most of these are, i feel Naafiri should have some sense of respect towards her. Or even bel'veth, both in their on ways have somwhat of a similar goal, to consume everything and turn it into her.

Considering how big of a deal the imprisonment is to Aatrox, I find it baffling that Riot is trying to downplay that at every chance they get. It is supposed to be the same for all Darkin, yet it's barely brought up at all. Varus is supposedly focused on finding his sister, Rhaast just likes to kill, and Naafiri for some reason is like "Yeah, that's fine, we just need to be together". This whole idea of "The pack makes us stronger" feels very forced, like the fact that she's a Darkin was added later without much care after they already had a dog champion.

I think a Rioter said that Aatrox was sealed earlier when they haven't perfected the process. His situation is worse than the other Darkins. Either that or because Aatrox has been going through bodies for centuries while the others are enjoying their first few.

Each ppl have their own conscience and philosophy, thus make their progress in solitary confinement different. Aatrox lost in glory of the past, search for release from this life; Rhaast being an idiot and his blood thirst being amplify; Varus found copium in his triple souls; and Naafiri find self preservation by divide her self in a pack of wolf/dog, which should have been impossible for an immortal (if you don't understand this, just go watch Lion King or some nature documentaries).
