It's a lot of work Dave, a hell of a lot, but when it's all done you can step back and look at it and say "well i did that" and be very proud on what you have done. You will have years of enjoyment and great fishing. Its a credit to you. I will keep following you, up to the launching ceremony. and years of fishing videos.

Thanks Brian. It feels like the never ending project but to be fair I haven't been left alone to get on with it till now. I don't work slow once I can work on something. If I was free from when I first had it it would of been done age's ago but lots of otter stuff came up. But and a big but things are different now and any available days I'm doing the boat everything else I e fishing etc is gone out the window and the boat is taking priority I want it finished and need it finished

I've watched dozens of transom-replacement videos this past year ever since I noticed termites had eaten away all the wood in the transom of the boat I bought and I've never yet seen anyone drill holes in the plywood like you did to let the thickened whatever ooze out and lock the two pieces of wood together. Seems like the absolute correct way to do it. And, yes, you are chatty but so what...that's a cheap price for me to pay for such a great idea.

In other words shut up dave and get the transom done 😂😂 I get that a lot. I'm glad you found it helpful sorry for chatting so much crap I do need to try curb it lol Thanks dave

As always, an interesting video.😲 Even though I'll never do it, it's enjoyable to see exactly how it's done.🤔😄 Does that make me a geek?🤓🥴🥺🤣 I'm sure this is a massive help for anyone who is thinking of doing it.👏 Wishing you all the best, hope the weather holds.☀️🌞 Take care and I hope your wife is recovering well.🙏

Hi Dave another fab video of the boat restoration, the transom will be nice and solid to hold the engine. I've never used fibreglass but you have to be damn quick as you say it goes off quick if its warm and not cheap, loved the suit lol it keeps you clean from fibre particles and mask to stop breathing it in, can't wait for the next video m8 keep up the good hard work 👍
