It' s a pity that we have to employ a wrench on the blade to help the balisong trough customs, and send the butterfly knife to our customers. Between X-ray scanner inspection and our customers, we choose the later. With the development of balisong community, we sincerely hope this toy could spread, known, recongnized and accepted widely, we really hope the wrench would not be used on the butterfly knife and it also can safely and pass through the strict customs in the coming days. hi Aaron, I live in Germany and would love to get one of this bali!❤ for example, in Germany it’s totally legal if the blade is dismounted from the handles because then it’s no butterfly knife at all, it’s just handles and a blade. this way it’s legal to import. it would be even better than the wrench trick, because that’s pretty risky, since I would still import something illegal. so is it possible to order from your site and get it delivered in a dismounted state, so that I can mount it together myself when it’s arrived? thanks in advance

I got that wrench thing with my Vulp, they do it so it would look like a wrench on an x-ray instead of a knife. Less likely to get confiscated in strict countries.

the hydra blade i ordered also came with the wrench sleeve thing, p smart to get it through customs. the trainer version of the wing is on sale for 119$ USD

Hey! just wanna say how thankful I am for your advice! just got my vulp today and I've been loving it so far. You also might wanna let you know that it no longer comes with lube or locktite. I got a note in mine saying that due to a regulation they no longer could ship it with those.

They provide the balance and weight distribution of a live blade without an edge that will directly cut you unless you put a lot of force into it, one of the added bonuses is that you can sharpen the blade into a live blade if you wish.

Absolutely not because Australia are nazi’s when it comes to stuff like this , but It’s on the way to my house & I’m in Sydney. Should get through customs because of the precautions the company takes & I super respect that. As you know we have barley any options outside of glidr & three Amazon squid industries trainers (swuiddy, mako , triton)
