I've got peripheral nueropathy as of the fall of 2012, sadly. It seems to be getting worse as time goes on. My right & left arms are weak, fingertips are white and numb at the ends, and my overall energy level is declining from how it used to be. I work part time at the local grocery store and when i do, i take energy shots to give me a boost of power.

Wrong, surgery is NOT needed. There are so many more improved procedures. Seek a Dr that does regenerative medicine instead of cutting open the body. Also inflamed nerves can be caused by bacterial infections. So the infection needs to be treated.
