@@NachoAverageFinds For about six or seven years I have only worn New Balance for my everyday sneakers. No matter what price range they have always been comfortable. Sure some are more comfortable than others but never had any problems like heel pain, slipping or toe pain. I can't say the same for Adidas or Nike.Whenever someone has foot problems and they don't want to spend too much for customs the go to always seems to be New Balance. I am not really a sneakerhead but thought about getting the Kawhi Leonard Moreno Valley sneakers. Not because I like basketball but I grew in Moreno Valley until about middle school. So, I thought it would be an interesting thing to have.

New Balance is the "new" trend brand in the sneaker game. Good materials, great advertising campaigns and for your money you get "Made in the USA" or "Made in the UK". The latter also helps to remember a time when everything was nice and simple and you weren't fooled by the swoosh with an app

NB just doesn't miss when it comes to collabs and quality. NB has been killing it over the past 2+ years and they don't seem to be slowing down anytime soon! I also gotta give HUGE props to Teddy for introducing the pre-order system to his ALD collabs. THIS is how you combat resell and bots and hype. Really hoping this will be implemented with other NB releases now that he will be the head of MIUSA in 2022! So hyped for the 990v6! Great, informative video as always! That's what makes them special actually. They just stick to their own little world and do their own thing. Most brands just try to copy each other. New Balance sticks to themselves

It's actually sneaky insane the number of collabs they have been doing. Not just the names mentioned, but also Ronnie Fieg, Bodega, Kith, BAPE, Levi’s, Casablanca, Tokyo Studio, and so many more. For the most part, it seems they really want to make these collabs special. Even their own creative team is killing it. Shoes like the ones in the protection pack were fire. Also it'll only get better as Teddy Santis (Aimé Leon Dore's founder) is taking over as creative director in 2022. I'm definitely late to the game as I started really looking at NB when the Bodega No Days Off released. Back then (only 2.5 years ago), the hype was still fairly low. I bought a GR pair of the 2002R (on sale) and was actually surprised to see that they are reselling for a lot more now. Now I have 5 pairs. 2 327s, 2 2002R (second one being the sea salt CW from the protection pack), and 992 Made in USA grey (the ones that Steve Jobs made popular).

NB's and Asics are always my to go shoes when I know I will have to stand or walk all day. They are just so comfortable and durable, just like a GEL Asics. I of course love all those more popular, hyped brands like Nike or Adidas, but when I need a real comfort I always choose my NB's or Asics... It's like you can buy medium-price NB's that will give you the same, or even more amount of comfort and stability than more expensive Nike or Adidas shoes. And in my country NB never had this "dad shoe" status, so even decade ago they're just normal, comfy, nice looking sneakers...

New Balance is winning right now? Now from my experience. After wearing New Balance shoes for many years now, I have come to the conclusion that they are garbage and don't hold up. I have a pair of 608 V5's that has started to fall apart in less than 60 days after they were purchased brand new - the sole on the right shoe is starting to come off. When I contacted the local New Balance store where I purchased these 608V5's I was told that they can only be exchanged up to 45 days, and I am at 55 days now. The best solution I was offered is that I could buy a new pair of the same shoes for 20% off. A multi-billion dollar company that treats their customers like this, and has products that start to fall apart in what is an unacceptable timeframe, and then only offers that you can buy another pair for a slight discount - this is just a pathetic excuse for unacceptable customer service. This is my last pair of New Balance shoes.

The funny part about World Balance is that they have been in existence since the early 1980s. In contrast, New Balance/NB formally arrived in the Philippines 🇵🇭 in the early 2000s, if one is to go by the Securities and Exchange Commission filings for business names to operate in the country. Hence, NB has a long way to go to replace World Balance (or even Nike and Adidas) as a top-of-mind athleisure shoe. Even if you ask people on the street (especially in the Metro Manila capital megalopolis), they think that World Balance is an international brand, while New Balance is a knock-off.

I love NB. The pairs I have are so comfortable. I started getting in to sneakers earlier this year and one of the first few pairs of shoes I got were NB 574. I didn't realize they were dad shoes until I started seeing that in sneaker communities online. Idc tho, they're nice to me and just so damn comfy. Even without the collabs, they have a superior quality, US made product that's leagues apart from outsourced and thinly padded shoes. Been a huge huge fan of the ALD 550s. Got the yellow, and now green and grey on restock. Quality is leagues ahead of the GR 550s. Aside from that, what really blew up NB this year IMO is the 992s. Castlerock, Nimbus Cloud, Blue. It helps that it's all you see on those niche IG mood board brands i.e., Hidden NY, Garden & Seeds, etc.. Cant' forget about that 2002r Protection Pack. Fire.

Crazy to think how popular NB has become. In the past I've known the brand for it's "medical" purpose. A friend of mine wore them because of their sizes and width. And never did I think that the brand would grow into the popularity that they are currently enjoying.

I have been wearing NB since 1999. Never followed trends or fad. I just love their design and style. It’s simply timeless. Trends come and go but there are certain style that stand the test of trends. P.S. I don’t like their daddy shoes, they are ugly. Love their classic numbered series.

NB's are nice...for the most part but I don't know. They are just not my cup of tea. The first half of their shoes look cheap and very basic...too basic for me at least. And the other half look quite decent and are of high quality....but they cost a lot of $€$. It's just not enough for me and there are so much Adidas, Nike, Asics and hopefully upcoming Reebok and Pumas for me to buy^^

This is from 2 years ago well damn I’m late . I live in the Bronx and I’m just paying attention to the New Styles of NB and how everybody is wearing them now . The new styles and soles almost give them a high end sneaker kind of look . I used to work in sneaker stores mid to late 2000s and I never liked NB styles . I’m from and lived in Ghana at the time but used to moonlight in the Bronx every summer

I've been wearing New Balance for years - I've got an old beat up pair that I refuse to get rid of because it's my perfect understated monochrome black shoe. Having said that...I don't care for any of the designs covered in this video. I prefer the NB shoes that people mock as unfashionable. The ones in this video are all SCREAMING for your attention. Too many colors; too much going on. Gimmicky emojis and blaring text. Not for me.

The NB hype is real this year! Its all of the collaborations with all other designers that is driving up the hype. I just hope they keep the stocks high. NB are the best running sneakers that I’ve been wearing since the 90’s. I can’t wait for my 650’s high coming next year!!

i'm more on comfy side rather than trendy side, new balance gave me comfort since i stand and walk a lot. i do own some nike's and adidas but my 990,574 and 997 gave me the most comfort of them all. no hate for nike,adidas and other brands but right now i don't really care about hype or popularity. i just want some comfy shoes.
