How does the paint coat and clear coat hold up over time? I'm really interested in doing my own painting mods but I'm worried about it possibly deteriorating quickly over time and getting all gunky and "melted" after a couple of months of heavy extended use 😱 I would prefer to do the mod once and have it last for its lifetime and not have to do touch ups every couple of months. Do you have any advice on any particular types of paint and/or clear coats to look out for? And any painting application tips to ensure it can last as long as possible? Cheers!!
