Yo Donny! (I’m a beginner at volleyball so don’t judge me) Last month for my fitness test (my first ever fitness test) I got standing reach: 210cm and spike height: 261cm AFTER THAT I did 150 squats in two weeks... and and another 2 weeks past This month: standing reach 211cm, spike height 274cm THAT MUCH OF AN INCREASE WITH JUST 150 SQUATS??? Impossible...
