I was addicted past 30 years...came out of addiction of tobacco by my own hard will...after which I had a severe neurological problems....my full nervous system was actually working but body had a severe numbness in which a human body is hard to sustain. I m practicing oshos meditation past 3 months of lock down....beleive me guys ...I m coming out alive every days...it's like ....I had some much more than medicine by which I m coming to life. All the doctors of all part of country has done their part of duty ....this was the bestest part of the medicine. Love osho

I did this meditation first time it was unique experience im new bee in meditation . This meditation gave me different kind of experience it was nice powerful I was getting lil difficulty to sit straight for hour the reason it got up and down very different types of sensations on face as if eye muscles were getting massage if the vibrations are strong I felt my eyes are getting inside I was feeling very strong vibes it was lil scary because the vibrations near face were tremendous . I could hear the sound like helicopter wings near throat area after 30 min first 15min were up and down due to pain and sitting posture it was good overall another 15 min quite fine last 15min pain was much still did some small move and adjusted it was nice . I don't know but later in eve when I did isha kriya I got same vibes how is this possible ? Muscles near eyes sometimes goes out of control which disturbs the meditation Focus

Feeling relaxed and calm...Monkey mind stopped...Blah...Blah...But after completion of meditation there is sound still in my head and ears...like Sing.. Suing sing suing sing sing.. Can you suggest?

Namaste! Thank you for your comment, I used music which I got from one of the Swamiji in Osho Ganga Dham in India. I do not believe that it's original, but I heard it was being used a few times in ashram :) I think that original music can be found in one of the official OSHO web sites.

Hi, does meditation cause physiological changes in the body? 1. The first day I meditated to Naad Brahma, I didn't eat for 9 hours post breakfast. 2. And on a regular basis, feeling quite gastric the last 2 weeks, since I started meditating on a regular basis. 3. I am also sleeping alot more than I have ever. Almost 14 hours sometimes. Is this to be expected?
