I just wanted to mention it was nice to hear that someone as famous and that always comes across as having it all with an esports org, family, money, etc. that even he struggles with adhd and depression. It was nice to have Nadeshot get serious for a few mins and let people know some of his legitimate struggles. It definitely can’t be easy to do knowing as many people are going to watch it either. I have a lot more respect for him being able to be real for a few and let people in on the parts of life that aren’t always great.

I recommend picking up a hobby like pottery, painting, working on cars or shoe cleaning. Some kind of hobby that you create something with your hands. It seriously helped me relax. Focusing on chalk art and painting helped my mind stop. Like all the stress of the world falls away.
