I always avoided flipping just because going to the menu and clicking every time was a bit much (I can get pretty lazy) but now that I just made a shortcut for it- life saver! Thanks for the helpful tips!

Oh my gosh I love this. All of these are so helpful and I'll definitely experiment with them when I next draw. But one more thing I'd love you to share: simple background tricks like the one you did here :> I have start doing BGs and maybe starting simple will help motivate me and others who are struggling with starting to practise backgrounds ^-^

The liquify filter reminds me of using warp in transform but perhaps more adjustable because you can use a brush. Nice advice.

I don't have a very advanced drawing app (I use ibis paint x) so it doesn't have some of the features like the pivot point, but the rest I can apply to my drawings like the lasso tool and the liquefy thing because I've had ibis long enough I learned shortcuts and tips to use it like a professional drawing software. there are lots of things you can do with it that are in the video, so I'm pretty happy I can apply skills from this to my art.

I don't use Photoshop, but a lot of these tips can still be applied in my art program (Clip Studio). @@starianneeridani6169 If you use the watercolor brush, it has a lot of blending included already so there's no need for a smudge brush ^^ I use a smudge brush in Photoshop because its brushes has no blending, but Clip Studios watercolor brush does! 😁
