I was a nail tech before going into healthcare and Anhydrous Lanolin ( raw lanolin) is very good for your nails and cuticles - apply a small amount on cuticle and nail bed and rub in , it quite sticky but does wonders , I do it at night . @abigailporter29335 жыл бұрын
I'm losing hair too. I have graves disease. Mines the antithyroid medication I'm taking too that has annihilated it. I've just started taking vitd (vegan based because I cant take wool based one) , selenium, flaxseed oil because cod liver oil gives me indigestion and I'm hoping to get another bottle of jamaican black castor oil for massage into my roots sn hour before I wash, so hoping I can get some growing back. It sucks though, losing hair and having thyroid eye disease along with it is disheartening 😔 I'm so glad you're starting to feel the difference now though, yayh! 🥰

Jo, Hydrolyzed Collagen Powder, such as Vital Proteins, make my hair grow really fast and more thick. It's also good for workout recovery and joint health. You should look into a High Frequency Skin Therapy Wand such as NuDerma. They have a comb that you can brush thru your hair which brings blood to the scalp that's supposed to make it grow faster. You should also look into red light therapy for hair growth. You might also want to look into supplementing with iodine and selenium. The Ordinary also has a Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density that has good reviews, it's about $17 in the US. Happy Hair Growing!

Faith Salie, news journalist on CBS, did a report on hair color. Her roots are growing out. But, her colorist knew her color and sent her a package. Two little tubs, one with color and one with developer. Mix the two and apply to your roots. Rinse, condition, rinse dry. Looks terrific. If I can add a video link I will. This is a solution to the quarantine roots problem.

Hi Nadine I watched the hags last night and thought it would be useful to know another person's experience with the nails. I did use Trind religiously until it was finished then began with Leighton Denny 's time repair which I also use every night. Then I did a bio build treatment which is also very good. He must have had a great pharmacist because his formulas work. My hands had a big shock 7 years ago when I had to roll up the sleeves and get stuck in as I had a maid for 40 years. I still don't do dishes, there's a machine to do them. I love watching both the hags and your own shows. I have old lady crocodile skin and let me tell you I have moisturised all the time. Really, nothing works it is a part of your life and that's it. Keep up with your good job.😁

Thank you ladies! What a laugh I had🤣. I was so looking forward to this since the Instagram stories! In the topics of nails, I learned my lesson many years ago, don’t do unnatural nails - whatever chemicals or updated fashions on it - it will always do no good. I found that the vitamins suggested by Shabir and Trinny (40s) have done fantastically on me and my nails, to the point that I can grow them strong and freakishly long. I don’t use nail varnish and only file them a little after clipping. Interestingly, the multi-vitamin I take is one brand you recommended Nadine, by Better You. I also take B12. I complement these with TO Natural Moisturising Factors+ HA. Looking forward to the next instalment! 😘🤗

Sarah Edwards Do you know you should take large doses of Folic Acid when on Methotrexate. That happened to my daughter when she started it for her Rheumatoid Arthritis and the specialist said she must take it as well. Obviously need to be mindful with a pregnancy as its needed much larger doses and you need to be careful. Just a thought though.
