I have seen many 4-5 -8-9members group of people roaming whole night target person alone at dark corner like ISBT. THEY accused for unnecessary reason to get money as fine, thieves everywhere with gun & knife in hand in dmp.. Administration must sweep up those group of people around dmp town area esp simply 2& more people roaming at night
