The biggest mistake I find people do is not hold stretches for long enough. Although simple I have decided to make this a follow along routine with a timer so you can do the exact routine I use with me. The stretches are simple and you may have done these before, however follow my cues to make the stretches effective.

I’ve just tried this and felt instant relief. I’ll be sure to keep coming back to this video whenever I need it. It’s crazy how much difference just holding the stretch a little longer actually make.

I’ve been too a lot of physios with my back and nothing seems to have worked, this is the first time I’ve tried these exercises and I feel like my back has improved massively, thank you for the video!

The first stretch worked for me. Felt much lighter straight away.

A video on low kicks would be great too. i haven't seen that many good tutorials on it
