@@MrT2022 Thanks for the info. I couldn't figure that out, as I had only ever seen baristas load up the brew head and tamp it down. I wasn't aware of that type of machine, a time saver for sure. I enjoy your vids very much, thanks for the uploads.

Interesting.... So the coffee's at Costa aren't separately ground and brought over to the machine to pour after tamping, that's all done in the machine itself.

The machine isn't an official Costa coffee machine, it seems to be a more advanced one 😂. I work in a costa and we grind and tamp the coffee separately ❤

You arent using the steamwand properly, you should pay a little more attention to your milk, it would make your drinks taste better and look nicer. It is possible to steam the milk without holding the jar, but you definitely burnt the milk more than once, burnt milk can cause diarrhea and tasted bitter.

​@@MrT2022 I looked into it and yes, that bit was a piece of misinformation that I got told and assumed as true, still, there's more than plenty of reasons not to use burnt milk in a drink. Keep up the good work

I will definitely have a look 👍. The main reason I'm butchering the coffee is that I'm alone (for most of the service), trying to work as fast as I can. Ideally we would have 2 or 3 staff members on this section, 1 on the till, 2 brewing coffee, but sometimes I have to jump in. Anyway, tha's no excuse for burnt milk, so I need to up my coffee game 👍😁👌
