One of the things I appreciate the most about MrT is that he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and do the "grunt" work. He does it all, he doesn't view himself as better or that he only has to cook the food while everyone else does the prep work and/or cleaning. It's great to see a chef who pitches in with all aspects of the job.

Nice Okonomi: 'Okonomiyaki (Japanese: お好み焼き, (listen)) is a Japanese Teppanyaki, savoury pancake dish consisting of wheat flour batter and other ingredients (mixed, or as toppings) cooked on a teppan (flat griddle). My god. Where do these guys work? This food is insane. I work at a place that made 200m in revenue this year and we just get pre cooked toast that goes soggy, watery scrambled and overcooked sausages, all bulk made. Looks like the company takes care of the employees here! Incredible videos though T! Love it!
