Yeah, you missed a scene back on Mushroom Rock Road, right before going up the elevator to the command center. You could have gone to the side and found Luzzu there. I recommend looking the scene up on KZbin. It's a good one.

@KizaCreates General Rule of Thumb: Always go everywhere EXCEPT the destination first. Keep an eye on your minimap and avoid the red arrow until you're sure you've been everywhere.
