Love how she labeled everything, i love lorna, I've been subscribed to her since 2014, 2015. I remember when Glitter planet was just an idea, and i loved watching her nurture it to life. Just an amazing quality set of products. Tfs hun

I'm a cjp girl through and through but I like to add colours that they don't do. One thing I would ask if I may is when testing new clear acrylic would it be possible for you to do just the clear as well so we can see the clarity. I have yet to find any acrylic as clear as cjp crystal glass but then no one swatches just the clear to show clarity for things like glass nails and crystal clear tip designs. I love the peacock. Wow..that peacock green is simply stunning...ive only had my nails done twice Sarah, and both times ive had alot of pain afterwards where the tips are glued on. Do you have any ideas as to what it could be please?x

yes, possibly over filing, cutting the natural nail down far too close to the hypernychium or there is a chance the glue may irritate you, some people are sensitive to it. x

it's on par with some, cheaper than some and more expensive than some, so kind of the upper of the middle I would say. but then again, the packaging is a lot more expensive and well thought out.

I guess I'm the only one that has a problem with her acrylics. I've tried her core powders and they were rather gooey for me. Couple days ago I bought some of her colored acrylic and they were very blotchy. I thought twice the charm but it still failed me. The only products I love from her are her brushes and of course the glitters.

Are you using her monomer? I’ve not had any problems with it. I’ve had a couple that marble, but she had already said that they marble, so it wasn’t a shock. X

Looks good and I love my aqua brush but glitter planet has shocking bad customer service after ignoring 4 complaint emails I wouldn’t even buy a nail form from there 😞

Nope I didn’t comment on her Chanel. I tried to use a discount code pilgrim 10 from another Chanel to get a discount which was 10% off but it didn’t work and she wrote a snippy reply saying it was 5% and was no longer valid even though.the utube chanel posted the code saying 10% again the week after. I sent a copy of the date stamped video and asked why it was 10 if it was only 5 when it had worked and she didn’t reply so I commented on Facebook & sent the email again still no reply but she commented on the Facebook comment post below. Just before all this I was super annoyed because my son had saved to get me an aqua brush as a Xmas gift & she said she would refund the discount to him when the code hadn’t worked and she never did. At that point she didn’t mention 5 percent and was to be refunding the 10. I don’t like folk that let kids down so much as my brush is great I won’t be shopping with glitter planet because on the 2 occasion s Iv been conned 😔

Goldilocks2go that’s not Lornas fault though. That’s the responsibility of Charlotte pilgrim to update her copy and pasted text. So really it should be brought to her attention that she needs to update it. A notification was made a while back that’s the valid codes were for 5% not 10% as the website introduced sparkle points. But glitter planet cannot be held responsible for an incorrect code that someone else posted if you see what I mean.

Yes I know what you mean, but it doesn’t explain why she offered to refund my son the 10% at Christmas time with not a mention that 10 was 5. Then didn’t do a refund.😞😞 Then ignored my 3 emails in March & my Facebook post. enquiring why the code didn’t work. She could of replied & totally agree about the code in the very next video charlottes nails mentions that her code no longer works, so she read my emails as they all had read receipts but I got no reply. Who ignores customers like that 🤔. You are famous tho so she probably wouldn’t ignore you if you see what I mean, selective replying ☹️
