Great haul. I am right there with you I love heey Mercedes swatches because she has short nails like me yet has a deeper skin tone then me. I find the length of nails makes the polish look different so I try to find short nails like me to get a better idea what a polish will look like. Plus she does an amazing job with her swatches and describing the polish too. I have a couple from bcb lacquer and they have fantastic formulas and easy to work with too.

Oh good! I'm glad you're happy with the BCB lacquer formulas. The colors are really enticing me and they are also having a small release coming really soon. I think for their anniversary. I was considering getting a couple of those but I haven't even swatched them let alone wore them and I'm already trying to get more 🤪

I’m so excited to receive my PPU order, I missed out on the Krisable in my first order, it had already sold out, then luckily I saw they added more and quickly grabbed it! Krisable is one of my favourite Canadian makers. It’s often the case that you will see the upcoming polish from the brand instead of the one from the previous month/order. It’s like when you don’t clear your wish list, the brands that you had last month will still show up.

Thank you! 😊 I have this thing when I buy something for the first time where I'm shocked by the size of stuff. When I see other people hold that magnet in videos it seems a little bigger and then in real life it seems so small 🤔

the bar magnets are supposed to be wayyyy stronger than the wand magnets, i’ve found i get a sharper line that lasts much sharper when i use a bar magnet! it’s also easier for me to hold over the nail, since i can see around the magnet easily. be careful with it though! i’ve heard they’re more brittle so they can break if they snap to another magnet or if they’re dropped, i haven’t had any experience with that though

You got some beautiful stuff in your latest haul! Love all these colors! I also picked up that same magnet from PPU last month because of Cosmetic Sanctuary too, that magnetic line just always looks so crisp over what the paddle magnet is like. Thank you 😊 I have actually only worn one full manicure with a magnetic polish, but I have swatched quite a few and they do take longer, I'll just save my magnetics for the days that I'm not rushing through my manicure. Use them on the days I'm really just taking my time and enjoying the process.

I just checked. The exact one I ordered is not in stock but there are so many options on Amazon so just type in "armrest for nail tech" in the Amazon search bar and quite a few options will come up. There might be a couple there you like better than mine because some of the legs fold in and that might be easier for you to fold up and put away.

The Polish I'm wearing in the video alchemy land of lava. That's one we both got from hella handmade creations and I love it. But for me where I'm living it's rainy all the time right now so the color was fitting

Tfs!!! lovely hauls!!! the issue with the BaronessX is that you really need to shake special effects polishes b4 you try to apply them, or in this case show off the magnetic.. just like when the flakies & glitters get stuck to one side of the bottle during shipping.. the special effects needs to be redistributed throughout.. shake it.. shake it some more ;0)

Oh yes, I was thinking about that when I was watching the video back. That I should have shook it up before I laid the magnet on it. Then I went in and tried to shake it up. It doesn't feel like it's shaking very well. I don't hear any balls ( balls 🤪) inside 🤔 I need to warm the Polish up a tiny bit. Put it in my pocket and then try to shake it before I swatch it. In the bottle It looks so pretty, you could see both colors. I hope it shows up like that on my nail. I'll keep you posted

I've tried a few different positions and chairs to be comfortable. This stand has helped me a lot. I need to figure out how to film a wish list video. I'm going to try to put that out next month. But I can let you know what's on my wish list. Cuticula Extraterrestrial, Baroness X Octoalien, Lemming lacquer Cosmetic Cattitude and BCB Giant leap for otter kind. I'm trying to cut the BCB though because I only want to order three. We will see how much self-control I have. What about you?

Beautiful haul and I love the angle. I had that NOL on my wishlist and then upon check-out the site informed me „no shipping to Switzerland“ 🤷🏻‍♀️ oh well… i just this week wore Pirate Hijnks by NOL and it also had a lot of reflective glitter but because they were so small it dried smoothly. Removal called for some ellbow grease however. Now I am excited for PPU‘s shop opening tomorrow

@@christinesteiner7023 I've heard somebody else say they don't like the soak off method because it freaks them out, he thought of the acetone sitting on their nails like that. Everybody has different things that they don't like. It's so nice to be here on KZbin to learn different things from so many different people ☺️

Hello! 🤓 - I have that same magnet! I have 3 magnets actually. I like to use them to find the hidden balls in the bottles ☺️ (or discover that there are no balls 🤨) - I had the same experience with some magnetics being very reactive in the bottle and others not so much. Oh, i hope someone can comment on whether the special top coat for magnetic polishes really works or not. - I also like when the labels on the bottom are nice and not just an afterthought. I don’t wanna put on my reading glasses just to read those stickers! I’ve always seen them state when they’re magnetic, but I have maybe 4 magnetics total. - Does it help to stand and paint? 🤷🏻‍♀️ In my previous house, I used to stand next to a tall dresser to do my manis instead of sitting. It’s probably just as much neck bending though. 💚💚💚

Hi sweet friend 🤗 I don't think the Baroness X has balls (🤪) in it. I was actually thinking if I painted my nails at my husband's desk if that would help because he has one of those desks that you can crank all the way up. But it's just so fun to sit at my desk. All my fun nail stuff is all around me. I am thinking I would try it if I'm pretty achy on a day that I really want to paint my nails.
