Suzie I love your videos, I've become a lot more confident doing my nails. I've started to try building nails, especially when I have a break. My problem with placing the form is, most of my nails are pretty flat and there's a gap between the nail and the form. I'd love to see a tutorial on how to put the forms on the different shapes of nails. Thank you so much for your great tutorials, absolutely great!

I'm using your slow monomer and the whole acrylic nail pops right off sometimes. I have no idea what I've done wrong. I've followed your Prep like a pro videoand didn't expect this. What might be doing Wrong? I'm new to doing my own nails but i didn't have this happen with a different monomer. I love th slow cure monomer so i have extra time to sculpt my horrendous bead but i need some advice on how to correct my problem.

Dear Suzie, thank you for your videos. You got me inspired doing my own nails during the COVID-time where I couldn't go to my nail technician. I started with Polygel, than builder gel and now my acrylic set arrived so I can try it first on my own. 😁 I hope they'll come out quite well, but I can watch your video and try to do it step by step by myself. Thank you so much for your teachings and also inspirations for nail designs ❤

I have still never found a way to start a product line. I was looking to create even a polish collection or an art brush collection or even a filing set or something to promote my brand. Is there anyway that you can point me into a direction that would help me. I am absolutely in love with your products love watching your videos and you’re so inspirational so I would just like to know if there’s something that I can do or where I can start

I’ve never been into nails. Had them for graduation and I ripped them off the next day. HOWEVER until I saw those stiletto “raptor claws” they’ve been calling to me. And now here I am sitting here with all my products with this nice lady learning how to prevent me from wiping (in style) for the next 2 months 😂❤ Fr. This is so unbelievably helpful and calming. Thank you. I’ve watched it twice now to make sure I learn everything ❤

Question: when you apply that many little beads with cure times...does the end product “meld” together or does it have “weak” points?
@rosalinaruiz3711
@rosalinaruiz3711 3 жыл бұрын
From my understanding and what I know from my beginning education no weakness as long as you press it down enough when it’s still wet. With this slow cure monomer her leaving it alone for the first few seconds is having the same affect and it will meld together acrylic likes to stick to other acrylic. Think of it like clay. As long as you don’t put anything between layers it will just build up. That’s why it’s important to not touch the acrylic with your fingers before you finish adding all the layers because the oils from your finger will create weakness between the beads.

Ouch! The kits are SUPER expensive! $100 for monomor and powders, no brush or files or anything else!? Young Nails has excellent products (I have not used suzie's so I can compare hers to young nails) Their ( YN) acrylic kits come with EVERYTHING you need to do nails, including a very nice quality brush. Her files are $25 for 5 of them! Holly cow that's a lot of money. Try young nails instead, they are reasonably priced and the customer service is outstanding. Oh and their products are the best! Shipping is free for orders over $100. They have gel too, a trial kit is $20.

@@cmayo5659 Like YN but my fav is Not Polish and worth every penny! But Suzies looks pretty and might be good but I would never pay that price even if I could afford it ! Don’t like when people over price their products based off a name they made bc of US lol.

@Feather, Fur and Forensics I also combine different brands of powder & monomor. I always use YN monomor. I have some dip powder that doesn't harden the same as acrylic powder, I wonder if it might set up differently if I something other than YN monomor.....
