@monique Braz I hope you are doing fine now. But if you are still suffering from depression or know someone , the following might help. I have suffered from severe depression and checking my vitamin D and Vitamin b12 level was a key factor in improving my health condition. Of course I also distanced myself from the negativity in my life, which caused my depression. But almost all the ppl I know suffering from depression had low Vitamin D and b12 levels . Wishing you a healthy life !

Hi love, I too used to have anxiety and depression, turned out it was due to gluten, it also got so bad I was dizzy, tired all the time, mad, would sweat a lot, and even more, once I was 100% gluten free which took me time to learn, my depression and most of my symptoms went away, and I took medication for 30 years for all this, so once you go gluten free you should be free of 50% of the depression in a week, and it only keeps getting better as time goes by. And I agree with the other lady, it is also due to B12 and Vit D as well as iron Anemia for me, gluten damages the gut so you don’t get any nutrition, even if you take supplements, once you get off gluten, your supplements will work and work much better.

When I was a teenager, square was in, but now I've found that almond is sooo much better, and as you said, you can have them quite long and still be functional! Maybe its an effect of getting older, but it just looks so much more elegant, and way more manageable for me personally. Makes your hands not look so stumpy if you have tiny hands like mine

I like the way you explain what you do and why. One point that I have found is the way you hold the nail while working can change your perspective. The tendency is to roll the grip towards the pinky. It changes how you visually see the nail. Through the last 40 years of wearing acrylics I have had more than my share of lopsided nails...

Such a great video. I have learned so much from you Susie and you are a delight to watch. The shine from the buffer on acrylic was incredible. It would be lovely if you would sell the files separately. Like others have commented, I don't need the brush since I don't do acrylic, but would love to try the files. ☺
