Ruffle or Frill. Yep. And before that... the shape you rolled it into.. either a snake or a sausage. :)

Or maybe even “pleat”
@Rebeccamunro1 Жыл бұрын
Folded fabric is called a 'pleat' like in a pleated skirt.. thinner folds would be called 'accordion pleats' (like in the musical instrument) Then even finer (sometimes uneven) folds, are called 'ruffles' ❤️
@MeretrixTricks Жыл бұрын
I could agree but in this case I would rather use "double fold" term. Or "box pleat".

I've absolutely fallen in love with your content. As an esthetician, and - only by licenseure requirement - a nail tech, I've learned so much from you. Especially regarding nail prep. We did not get even close to the level of precision and attention to detail in school that you do for your clients. Truly perfect every time

My favourite thing about you well one of my favourite things, is that you always give more options showing us how many different ways you can use a single product. It just opens the mind, the creativity and its endless. Most nail creators just do a set when showing a new product they don’t show the versatility. You are truly an educator and I greatly appreciate you. You’ve been so pivotal to my nail tech journey and I can’t thank you enough. You’ve made me look at a product and think of all the ways I can utilize it and get the most out of it. Another thing YOU DO NOT GATE KEEP!!! I love ya always will!!! Again Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Wow - what a great idea for 3D art that is still completely wearable! I was going to suggest "ruffles" as some others have. I think that is the most evocative of the shape you are creating.

Thank you for your videos! I learn so much! When you use the carbide tip to remove product, I now do the same. This works well with removing lifted polygel closest to the cuticles. Stay awesome! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊

The wedding nails came out so pretty! I bet your client was very happy with those! I love how you kept repeating that gloves need to be worn while handling the slime gel. I see so many people using their bare hands with it and I'm always thinking 😱🤦♀️ because they're just asking for a gel allergy by handling uncured gel. Born Pretty has really been coming out with some awesome products! I use so many of their products on myself lol. Their hard gel is my favorite these days. Great video, Anastasia! 💜💜💜

Oh Anastasia, another word you might be looking for is a " frill " Like.. a sleeve or hem of a dress would could have a frilly or wavy edge or material. I hope that helps? I think you speak English really very well, especially with your beautiful accent! 🥰

Anastasia, you're so creative! I love coming to your channel for inspiration, tips, and tricks! You always find the easiest and most efficient ways to do things! This set is absolutely gorgeous; you really know how to tie different trends and techniques together, all in one set! Anastasia and fellow viewers: Are there other channels like this? Anastasia, you're amazing; I've watched all of your videos at least 7 times. . I'm simply running out of nail content to watch! Do you have another nail artist content creator that you could recommend? I'm mostly interested in structured gel manicures, but I LOVE learning art techniques, too! I've learned a lot from you and Tatyana Bugry 🥰 I can watch your videos only so many times before I essentially have them memorized! ❤ I'm positive that there are more fantastic creators on here that maintain the same professionalism as you do, but the algorithm simply hasn't suggested any to me!

Is it possible to put black under the whole nail extension? They advertise this gel as looking good over black but I don't know if it will work if I put a black colour on my nail then put this extension over the top. Will it stick properly? Or could I put base coat, black then another layer of base then this gel?

If you were to use this under the nail tip to adhere it like you showed in the video to give it the color underneath or clear to adhere it, when it comes time to remove it how would you remove that?

You really should be wearing a respirator to file fibre glass resins like that. A simple cough/sneeze guard mask is not good enough. At the very least you need a mask that fits tightly around the face.
