Therapy is amazing. I've been doing it 20 years. Finally kicked a bad boy out of my life last year and I'm doing so much better and finding my authentic self again! Need to find a nice man. TBH I should have known better but I was raised by a BPD father so I was pretty traumatized already. I was diagnosed with very severe sleep apnoea in 2015. I had no idea I had it but I was only able to sleep for a minute at a time and I'd have to wake up to breathe, all night long!

Damn, he needs to act more. I remember my scrawny teenage self watching him on One Life to Live playing Officer Oliver Fish. That was the very first time I'd ever seen a positive portrayal of a gay character. It shattered my world and led to the beginning of my coming out journey. I loved him in that show, and he still looks amazing now, wow.
