Spread cream cheese on a saltine and put a bit of (mild) hot pepper jam on top. It might look trailer park, but it is so damn good! The real question is regular cream cheese or whipped cream cheese on your bagel? I put whipped cream cheese on one half, and salted butter on the other half, and eat them separately. (I hope that doesn’t make me bi!) Tip: Get the Schmidt 647 full size bagels. Only 160 calories and 20 flipping grams of fiber! Girl, you can have it all!

I think kevin Mcdonald is my new favorite person. (After michael of course) first I love how unapologetically different, original and non mainstream he his. His opinions are his and not traditionally the same as everyone else. Second I love how he said apologies are through action not words. I never thought of it like that before. I love it. Michael. I was so happy to hear that Kevin isn't bothered about bagels (or beigels, as they are traditionally named in the UK). I've never understood why people are so enamoured with them - for me, it's a bread with none of the enjoyable qualities of bread. I had a similar dream when I was CHILD age about the grim reaper. I don't remember much, but I just remember being in, like, hell - surrounded by molten rock and falling off of my parents bed.
